The international griot and kora master Ablaye Cissoko joins forces again with the French star of the diatonic accordion, Cyrille Brotto. Their new album and performance Djiyo – "water" – form an enchanting musical flow that brings together Manding and Occitan traditions. After almost three years and more than a hundred concerts worldwide, the two virtuosos return with a masterful collaboration in which kora, singing and accordion weave an intimate and spiritual soundscape.
