For many years De Ruimte hosted the marvellous Impro Jam series: a meeting point to explore free improvisation and experimental music through collaboration, curiosity, and spontaneous music-making. Initiated in 2014 by saxophonist Ada Rave, each event starts with an initial group of artists, then other musicians are welcome to join with their instrument and jam on stage!

We’re happy to announce that we’ll host together with Ada Rave a new nomadic season of Impro Jams, touching base in different venues in Amsterdam and Utrecht. This evening at the Onderbuik in collaboration with BUI is the final one.
