𝗔𝗟𝗕𝗘𝗥𝗧𝗔 𝗖𝗥𝗢𝗦𝗦 , founded by Swedish singer and guitarist Petter Ericson Stakee and his London friend Terry Wolfers, broke through in the mid-00s with their Americana-tinged rock sound. Their debut album The Thief & The Heartbreaker was a global success, earning them gigs with big names such as Neil Young, Mumford & Sons and Them Crooked Vultures. They have played festivals such as Coachella, Glastonbury and Lowlands and toured extensively through North America, Europe and Australia.

In 2024, they released a reissue of their debut album, re-recorded with contributions from Band of Skulls and Katie Melua, among others. The album was produced by Stakee themselves and mastered at Abbey Road Studios. To promote this release, Alberta Cross will be coming to the Netherlands, including dB's.
