Multitalented Bilal Wahib, born and raised in Amsterdam, made his breakthrough as an actor with leading roles in films like De Libi and Mocro Maffia. His talent isn't limited to one discipline, however, as was evident when he released his debut single "Vliegen" (the title track of De Libi) in 2019. Things moved quickly after that: he signed a record deal with Top Notch, his first single "Video Vixen" went platinum, and "Tigers" became the smash hit with diamond status.

In 2021, he released his debut album, "El Mehdi," featuring hit singles like "501," "Streken van een Duivel," and "Ibiza." In the years that followed, Bilal returned to the studio to find his own sound. He's now found it, resulting in the release of "Overdosis," a gold single that received frequent radio airplay. Musically, Bilal aims to continue the "Overdosis" theme: pop with a signature Bilal edge on uptempo house productions. On May 2nd, he'll be at Paradiso with a full band, a performance he, as a true Amsterdammer, is incredibly proud of.
