Since going solo around 1990 (before that he was in the alternative country rock band Green on Red), American singer/guitarist Chuck Prophet has developed into an all-American rocker with an edge, in a style that lies somewhere between Tom Petty, Alex Chilton, and John Mellencamp. During this special, short European tour, Prophet performs with the strings of the Amsterdam String Ensemble (and his own band). The centerpiece is Prophet's twelfth album, Temple Beautiful (2012), which is being reissued this year, but also expect many other gems from Prophet's vast catalog!
