Dolu Kadehi Ters Tut is coming to Amsterdam for a unique acoustic performance at Bitterzoet.

Since the start of Dolu Kadehi Ters Tut, a little over ten years ago, the project of duo Mürsel Oğulcan Ava and Uğurhan Özay has grown into a leading act within the Turkish music scene. The duo creates alternative pop-rock with a sharp, idiosyncratic signature. Their music moves effortlessly between melancholy and irony, weaving together influences from punk, indie, electronic music, and Turkish rock traditions. With personal lyrics, outspoken themes, and a strong DIY approach, the duo manages to reach a wide audience. Their debut album, released at the end of 2015, quickly gained traction and established them as one of the most listened-to projects in the country. Since then, they have recorded and released several albums, accompanied by self-produced music videos. As they celebrate their ten-year anniversary, the duo continues to steadily work on new music.
