Jazz with a twist and a twang! FaKruTu, short for Fasciani / Kruger / Tuinstra, is a witty guitar trio inspired by the angular grooves of Thelonious Monk, the harmonies of Stravinsky, electronic music and African rhythms. Together they explore a playful and adventurous sonic universe full of hop & bop, bass & strum, blips and unexpected turns.

For this special preview of the upcoming On The Roof season, returning from June 5 to August 28 at the rooftop of HoogtIJ in Amsterdam-Noord, they will be joined by special guest Qniverse: Chinese rapper, flautist and sonic explorer.
