After the huge success of the Housequake: 20 years of house tour, it was clear that the audience was more than ready for the Housequake blender with the biggest hits of the past few years. Secretly, Roog and Erick had expected that their loyal following would enjoy reliving their musical youth. What the gentlemen hadn't counted on was that they would be embraced by a whole new generation of festival-goers. And that is exactly what happened on the many festival main stages and large public events where Housequake was booked; total mayhem among the entire crowd, from teenagers to the 'older youth'.

This was the boost to finally seriously develop the idea they had been mulling over for a while: History of House. An evening featuring the best house bangers of the past 20 years mixed with the sound of today. Of course, 90s and 2000s nights already exist, but those play the somewhat more 'cheesy' records from back then. During our History of House night, the underground hits from the era of the Sneakerz, Now & Wow, RUSH, Nope is Dope, and of course Housequake will be played with a modern twist, and moreover, by the people who were already the bosses of the scene back then.

For this edition, Roog & Erick have invited none other than FUNKERMAN to play an exclusive set to close out the evening. Jeroenski will be opening the show to warm things up properly, so arrive nice and early!
