Oladom is turning 30 – celebrate with us!

The Utrecht samba band Oladom is celebrating its 30th anniversary this year. Since 1996, they have been playing infectious Brazilian rhythms at parties, festivals, and events. With around 30 percussionists and a large collection of Brazilian drums, they bring energy, enthusiasm, and a healthy dose of samba wherever they perform.

Naturally, they won't let that anniversary pass unnoticed. That is why they are organizing a festive anniversary evening at DB's in Utrecht on Saturday, May 9, 2026.
During this evening, Oladom themselves will give a spectacular performance, and there will be a special guest: the band Cocada, which plays music from northeastern Brazil. Additionally, DJ Tocae will ensure the dance floor stays moving all evening. Expect an evening full of Brazilian music and dance.
