Industrial pioneers KMFDM come to Patronaat on Saturday 14 March! Since 1984 the band around Sascha Konietzko has been known for their mix of industrial beats, metal riffs and electronic aggression. From the underground KMFDM grew in the 1990s into a staple of the scene via the legendary Wax Trax! label. With tracks like 'Juke Joint Jezebel' and countless tours the band became a blueprint for everything that made industrial rock big and loud, and a springboard for later heavyweights like Rammstein and Korn.
KMFDM’s sound is heavy, political and constantly in motion: industrial rock, EBM and metal flow together into what Konietzko himself calls 'The Ultra-Heavy Beat'. Live this translates into a tight, energetic show with lots of interaction and zero nostalgia. With a new album that was released in February 2026, KMFDM proves that they do not rely on the past, but still go full speed ahead.
