On Saturday, March 7, 2026, the LAS VULVINAS X MARIJE BRUINSMA FESTIVAL will take place in MidWest Amsterdam: a one-day literary, feminist and cultural festival where spoken word, performance, music, drag, activism and fun merge.

The festival, held the day before the Feminist March, celebrates femininity in all its forms. Various feminist movements and generations come together in an accessible, diverse, and inclusive experience that refuses to be ostentatious.

Featuring spoken word, cabaret, performance art, punk, pop, DJ sets, installations, and an art market, the festival uses fun as a form of resistance. Not a preachy program, but a theatrical, energetic, and playful celebration at a relevant cultural venue in Amsterdam-West.
