The French duo Lilly Wood and the Prick, formed by singer Nili Hadida and guitarist Benjamin Cotto, mixes folk with pop into dreamy and quirky songs. Since their start in Paris in 2006, they have grown step by step, from a first EP in 2009 to their debut album Invincible Friends a year later. They were quickly embraced in France, but their music truly achieved worldwide attention when Robin Schulz transformed their song 'Prayer in C' into a danceable remix in 2014. The song became a soundtrack for endless summer days and sunny nights and still resonates everywhere summer is to be held onto.
