LUDWIG and Boys Won't Be Boys join forces for a unique program exploring masculinity, sexuality, and identity. A joyful combination of classical repertoire, cabaret, dance, and spoken word. The music interweaves with personal, moving, and relatable stories from composers and the performers.

This program sheds new light on the classical repertoire and reveals the queer history hidden within. Musical boundaries are pushed and traditional norms broken, in search of more space for diversity and liberation. Featuring music by Tchaikovsky, Nico Muhly, Billy Strayhorn, Harry Bannink, and many more – a connecting program that moves, surprises, and offers a fresh perspective on classical works.
