Electronic composer, artist and biologist Max Cooper has been exploring the boundaries between music and science for 15 years and describes his work as a state of freedom. He holds a PhD in computational biology and is at the same time the first contemporary electronic producer to perform in the ancient Acropolis theatre in Athens and one of the first musicians to produce in Dolby Atmos. On his album 'On Being', released in February, Cooper processed thousands of anonymous quotes from his audience and explored the "desperate experience of being human".
