The Canadian indie folk band Reuben And The Dark broke through immediately in 2014 with their debut album Funeral Sky (reissued last year as Anniversary Edition). The band's great asset is the expressive voice of frontman Reuben Bullock, which immediately draws you into the music, a mix of melancholic folk and atmospheric rock with cinematic qualities – their work can also be heard in the film/series Breaking Bad: El Camino, The Handmaid’s Tale, and Grey’s Anatomy.
