On Monday, September 7, 2026, Ronnie Wood, guitarist for The Rolling Stones, will perform at Paradiso Amsterdam. This performance marks a special return: it will be 31 years since Ronnie last performed at Paradiso with The Rolling Stones. A special guest will also be joining us for this performance. This guest will be announced at a later date.

Ronnie Wood
Ronnie Wood has been inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame twice. First with his band The Faces and later with The Rolling Stones, for whom he has been the guitarist since 1975. He is internationally renowned for his distinctive guitar playing and charismatic presence. In addition to his work with The Rolling Stones, The Faces, and the Jeff Beck Group, Wood has built an impressive solo career. He has released seven solo albums and collaborated with Rod Stewart, Prince, Bob Dylan, Eric Clapton, and Aretha Franklin. Wood is also a respected painter. All of this makes him a figurehead of British rock culture.

The Rolling Stones
Paradiso and The Rolling Stones are inextricably linked. It's one of the artists to whom Paradiso owes its nickname, "pop temple." On May 26th and 27th, 1995, the band—even then a stadium-sized venue—gave two intimate concerts, excerpts from which ended up on the famous live album "Stripped."
The concerts were also documented for the documentary "Totally Stripped." All of this makes it one of the most memorable moments in Paradiso's history. Ronnie Wood and his band's performance in 2026 will now follow suit.
