The Soep Salon is a neighborhood table where everyone is welcome to pull up a chair. Together, we cook with fresh vegetables from the land. A different soup every week, allowing us to taste the flavors of the season. We eat soup at a long table in the idyllic herb garden of the Hemkerhof in the Amstelglorie garden park.
