Synthese is a musical journey of discovery through the stories and sounds of heritage at unconventional locations in Utrecht.

The forts in the Utrecht district of Lunetten have served many different functions. First, they were part of the Dutch Defence Line; later, one of the forts served as a nuclear bunker. Now, music echoes between the concrete walls. Together with makers ensemble BUI, Synthese presents an evening full of music and dance, created for and by the various spaces of the two forts. Due to the unique location, capacity is limited.
