The Amsterdam label Wap Shoo Wap undoubtedly represents the future of Dutch garage punk rock 'n' roll. New releases and a major tour featuring three of the best Dutch bands of the moment.

𝗧𝗛𝗘 𝗖𝗢𝗩𝗜𝗗𝗦

This Amsterdam quartet's second album, "Pay No Mind," was released late last year, followed by a nearly seven-week (!) European tour. And now it's the Netherlands' turn! The music is as infectious as the virus they named themselves after, which they launched out of boredom during the pandemic. They've since rocked festivals like Zwarte Cross, Wildeburg, Dauwpop, Mañana Mañana, Sniester, and countless pop venues with their raw yet melodic guitar work, catchy vocal harmonies, and a mission: to have fun!

𝗙𝗨𝗖𝗞𝗙𝗨𝗖𝗞𝗙𝗨𝗖𝗞

Speaking of fun... these four Amsterdam wrecking balls have also rocked countless festivals and stages, and at the end of 2025 they finally released their long-awaited debut album: "FUN." And that title is spot on, because with instantly sing-along hits like "Anal," "Bad Habits," and "Hard Rock," you know what to expect. They actually sound a bit like The Chats, but if they were inspired by The Stooges instead of The Ramones. Live, it's one big, pounding chaos on stage, so bring your safety helmet.

𝗦𝗜𝗖𝗞 𝗦𝗛𝗢𝗢𝗧𝗘𝗥𝗦

These Utrecht natives, featuring members from punk bands like NO BRAINS, SPURN, and ULTRAGOBLIN, are the newest addition to Dutch rock 'n' roll. Think Johnny Thunders & The Heartbreakers with a touch of garage rock. Earworms guaranteed!
