The theatrical American duo The Dresden Dolls (Amanda Palmer and Brian Viglione) creates an idiosyncratic mix of alternative rock, vaudeville, and punk, also referred to by Palmer as 'Brechtian punk cabaret.' Two years after the second album Yes, Virginia... (2006), Dresden Dolls went on hiatus, but in 2026 the duo makes a glorious return: on August 6, a re-recorded version of Yes, Virginia... (with the addition 'Tailor’s Version') will be released, as a prelude to new work. Expect fan favorites tonight such as Sex Changes, Backstabber, and of course My Alcoholic Friends!
