The Kulture of Hype&Hope
The Kulture of Hype&Hope is one of the world's most renowned international hip-hop dance events. Dancers from around the world come to Utrecht to battle it out in a dance competition. In four preliminary rounds spread throughout the year, dancers compete in various categories for first place, with a different dance style being highlighted each year. It's not a competition in the traditional sense, but a way to celebrate the love of dance and hip-hop culture. A points system ranks the dancers throughout the year. At the end of the season, the finale takes place during a special edition. The dancers in the top eight thus conclude the season of The Kulture of Hype&Hope, with a true The Kulture of Hype&Hope winner.
