Witte Gei't : backroom blues live with Jerome de Vijlder

Jerome de Vijlder is an Amsterdam musician who primarily performs as a guitarist, but also as a harpist and singer. His heart lies in blues, soul, surf, and old-school rock 'n' roll—music with feeling, character, and strong roots. He and his band Doctor Velvet released their debut album "New Breed" with great success at Markt Centraal (Amsterdam). Jerome is also known for his work with the Thomas Toussaint Band and is active in projects such as Kid La Rue and Lightning Bug 69. He regularly plays with his father, guitarist Danny de Vijlder, a respected figure in the Dutch blues scene who has collaborated with artists such as Boyd Small, Monti Amundson, and Lazy Lester.
