Yamê is a French-Cameroonian artist, son of a musician and an IT specialist: two passions that shape his life. He began his solo career in March 2020, after being active as a keyboardist and singer in Parisian jam sessions. Yamê effortlessly combines various musical influences such as French music, jazz, blues, rap, and African elements, making him difficult to categorize. His song 'Call of Valhalla' received much attention on social media and was praised by Timbaland and Stromae, for whom he opened in 2023. With the song 'Bécane' performed on the Colors platform, he went viral. Both songs are on his project ‘Elowi’. His musical journey continues with his first album 'ÉBÊM' which will be released on June 13, offering a view into his inner world.
