The Waterboys have been active since the 1980s. At the helm is Scottish singer and guitarist Mike Scott. The band has evolved through numerous line-ups into an organism with a terrifying live reputation. With classics like 'The Whole Of The Moon', 'This Is The Sea', and 'Fisherman's Blues', The Waterboys have established themselves among the great songwriters of the last century. This year, The Waterboys have fresh blood in their ranks. Among others, the double keyboardists Brother Paul from Memphis and James Hallawell from Cornwall. Additionally, the band is led by the Irish rhythm section Aongus Ralston and Eamon Ferris. Expect drama, improvisation, musical fireworks, and true Waterboys classics.

Paradiso is on the Weteringschans 6-8 in Amsterdam. That is very close to Leidseplein. From every part of the city, there are trams heading towards Leidseplein. From there on out you can walk to Paradiso. Free and secured underground bike parking is available on the opposite side of Paradiso. Travelling by car is difficult, since there are only a few busy parking lots nearby.
