Terms & Conditions

1. Overview

By signing up as a Hidden Agenda Supporter, you agree to a recurring subscription that helps fund the production, distribution, and development of Hidden Agenda.
Supporter contributions are voluntary and are intended to support the ongoing work of the platform and its contributors.

2. Subscription & Billing

  • Supporter plans are billed on a recurring monthly basis.

  • Payments are processed securely via our payment provider (e.g. Stripe).

  • By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges until you cancel your subscription.

Billing will occur:

  • On the date of your initial subscription, and

  • Automatically on the same date each month thereafter
     

3. Payment Methods
We accept payment via:

  • Credit / debit card

  • SEPA Direct Debit (where available)

If your payment method fails, we may attempt to retry the charge.

4. Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time.

  • Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period

  • You will not be charged again after cancellation

  • No partial refunds are issued for unused time within a billing period

5. Refunds
Supporter contributions are generally non-refundable, as they are used to support ongoing operations.
However, if you believe a payment has been made in error, please contact us and we will review requests on a case-by-case basis.

6. Use of Funds
Supporter contributions are used to:

  • Support contributors, writers, and collaborators

  • Cover printing and production costs

  • Fund distribution and platform development

We aim to be transparent about how funds are used, but exact allocations may evolve over time.

7. Supporter Benefits
Supporter benefits (if applicable) may include:

  • Early access to content

  • Invitations to events

  • Additional editorial or community features

These benefits may change or evolve over time.

8. Changes to Subscription or Pricing
We may update subscription pricing or structure in the future.

  • Any changes will be communicated in advance

  • Existing supporters will be notified before changes take effect
     

9. Liability
Hidden Agenda is not liable for:

  • Temporary interruptions to services

  • Changes to content, format, or distribution

  • External payment processing issues
     

10. Privacy
We only collect and use personal data necessary to manage your subscription.
Payment information is processed securely by our payment provider and is not stored by Hidden Agenda.
