Black Sea Dahu

Black Sea Dahu is the indie folk project led by Swiss singer-songwriter Janine Cathrein. Musically, the quintet blends indie folk with chamber pop and art rock, but it's Cathrein's mysterious voice that truly captures the attention: raw and sensitive at the same time, a sound that goes straight to the listener's soul. Black Sea Dahu isn't suitable for a playlist serving as background music for a tapas restaurant; their music is far too intense for that (and the band really ramps it up live). Their third studio album, Everything, will be released on February 20th!
