Member accounts
If you create an account using Wix Members, we receive your email address, your member ID, and, if you choose to upload one, your profile picture.
Your password is managed entirely by Wix. We never have access to or store your password.
We use this information to identify your account, keep you logged in, and provide member-only features.

My Agenda, Event Feed and saved preferences
If you use personalised features, we store information linked to your account, including:
• events saved to My Agenda;
• venues, promoters and genres you follow;
• saved event filters; and
• your Event Feed preferences.
This allows us to provide these features whenever you log in.
If you choose Share My Agenda, we generate a unique share link. Anyone who has this link can view your shared agenda without logging in. The link is intended to be unlisted but should be treated as a public link and shared only with people you want to have access.

Newsletter
If you subscribe to our newsletter, we collect your email address.
Your email address is added to our mailing list only after you have chosen to subscribe.
You can unsubscribe at any time using the link included in every newsletter.

Event submissions
If you submit an event, we collect the information you provide, including your name, email address, event details and any files or images you upload.
We use this information to review your submission, contact you if we need clarification, and publish the event if it is approved.

If you are one of our advertising partners, we may also process information relating to your account, bookings, communications and uploaded artwork.
Artwork files are stored securely in cloud storage and are used only for managing your advertising with Hidden Agenda.
