From the serene Norwegian landscape, dublon has grown into a major player in the recent explosion of jazz house. His sound combines refined instrumentation with driving house rhythms and evokes images of dimly lit wine bars and long summer evenings. With over 200 million streams to his name and a European tour that culminated in a headliner show at Jazz Cafe, dublon is now bringing his music to the clubs that have inspired him so much.
Nectar, his debut EP, is his most refined work to date, bringing together atmospheric vocal toplines with collaborations with renowned musicians Nathan Haines and Tour-Maubourg. It is a collection of tracks in which his mastery of pop, classical music, and jazz takes center stage.
Until now, dublon has performed as a DJ, but this autumn he is taking a group of talented jazz musicians along for a European live tour to show another side of the project.
