On September 14th, British rapper Feng will be performing at Tolhuistuin. Travas Alan Feneley, also known as Feng, is a 19-year-old Chinese-English rapper and record producer. His debut mixtape, "What the Feng," launched him into the British underground rap scene. Feng is known for his combination of shiny synthesizers with hyperactive 808s, jerk and scouse rap, and as a tribute to 2010s electronic rap with lyrics focused on positivity, hedonism, and being yourself.
Feng began producing in 2019 and released his debut single as a rapper in 2024. He quickly rose to prominence as part of a wave of underground rappers from the UK. Robert Moran of The Age wrote that by late 2025, he and Fakemink were being hailed as "Britain's new musical saviors" and that "internet hyperbolists" were considering him "the future of music." This year, Feng will also make his debut at Rolling Loud, Florida.
