Foy Vance | The Wake World Tour
The handsomely mustached Northern Irish singer-songwriter Foy Vance creates a blend of rock, folk, and blues, sung with a raw and soulful voice. Vance has been compared to Van Morrison, but at times also recalls Ray LaMontagne or Glen Hansard. Speaking of big names: his last four albums were released on Ed Sheeran's label, also Vance's biggest fan. His seventh album, The Wake, will be released on March 13th, and some tracks are already available, including a nine-minute indictment of AI that sounds so passionate it's definitely not AI-infused!
