The DJ (the PD) pulls the old classics out of the case, featuring artists like Johnny Hoes, Louis Prima, Doris Day, and many other stars of yesteryear. From singalongs to tearjerkers, from the conga line to old-school rock and roll: at the Danspaleis, it’s always a party.
The Danspaleis is a theatrical mini-event offered to care centers, festivals, events, and companies wishing to celebrate with the elderly. This mini-event, featuring an enthusiastic DJ, mobile disco unit, gleaming dance floor, festive decor, and dancing hosts, is inspired by the 1940s and 1950s. The dance space is transformed into a ballroom, coats are taken, walkers are parked, and advocaat liqueur and snacks are passed around.
Everyone is welcome at the Danspaleis, so local residents, family members, staff, and young people also join in this party of life.
