Even before the first Ademnood Discobal has taken place, Katja Schuurman and Babette van Veen announce that there will be a follow-up. On Saturday 28 November 2026 The Great Ademnood Discobal returns to AFAS Live for a 2026 edition. Katja and Babette again invite everyone to an evening full of 90s nostalgia, glitter and dancing fun. Ticket sales start Wednesday 5 November at 10:00 via www.ademnooddiscoballive.nl.
The announcement follows the overwhelming interest for the two now sold-out shows of the Ademnood Discobal 2025, which will take place this coming Friday 7 and Saturday 8 November.
Babette: We are really looking forward to the Ademnood Discobal this weekend. It is going to be a big dance party with only good energy. That we already know that we get to do this again in 2026 makes it all the more special!
Katja adds: We feel that so many people have a need to dance together, laugh and go back for a moment to that more carefree time of friendship and on weekends going to the disco together. We cannot wait to let AFAS Live shine this year and next year!
The Great Ademnood Discobal will also be a familiar celebration next year full of music, humor, glitter and with a live band, DJ, show ballet and of course performances by Katja and Babette themselves. In addition, there will again be special guest artists and icons from the 90s in 2026. Who they will be will be announced later.
The origin of the Ademnood Discobal party lies in the 30th anniversary of the number 1 hit Ademnood by Linda, Roos & Jessica, the legendary trio from Goede Tijden, Slechte Tijden. What began as a one-off idea has now grown into a festive tradition with the second edition of the Ademnood Discobal.
Parallel to the Ademnood Discobal shows, this coming Friday 7 November the first episode of the new three-part Ademnood documentary will also be seen on HBO Max. In the documentary Katja, Babette and other involved look back at the impact of the iconic hit and the lasting influence of Linda, Roos & Jessica on Dutch pop culture. The documentary also offers a fascinating look behind the scenes at the preparations for the Ademnood Discobal.
