Besides regular musical instruments, the Canadian band Holy Fuck just as readily uses a 35mm film projector or a rifle for their intelligent, instrumental electro-rock. In an age where even entire classic rock bands are generated by AI, this makes Holy Fuck perhaps more relevant than ever. As time marches inexorably on, it's almost frightening to realize that it's already been six years since their last album, 2020's 'Deleter'. Given the well-known events that followed that year, the band spent two years completely separated. In March 2022, they finally reunited in an old village hall in rural Nova Scotia. That formed the starting point for their upcoming album, 'Event Beat'.
