WORLD PRIDE | Queer Nature Photography Awards
Queer Nature Photography Awards - World Pride Edition is the second edition and reimagining of the successful 2024 Queer Nature Photography Awards: An international photo competition, award ceremony, and exhibition dedicated to celebrating the diversity of nature through wildlife photography.
The Queer Nature Photography Awards showcase the beautiful intersection of nature and queerness, inviting visitors to explore the non-human world through a unique lens. By highlighting queer nature and biodiversity, this exhibition challenges preconceived notions of sexuality, gender, and family, artistically giving form to biological science.
This year, a professional jury has selected a top 10 from all entries, forming the narrative for this exhibition. The winner will be announced during the official award ceremony.
"Through the exhibition’s stories of queerness in the wild, we hope not only to inform visitors about the infinite diversity nature has to offer, but also to inspire self-acceptance, acceptance of the queer community, and a renewed connection with all living things."
