Italian rapper and producer Salmo is known for his aggressive, stormy blend of hardcore hip-hop, metal, and bass-heavy electronic music. Despite this decidedly anti-commercial approach, he has topped the Italian charts and broken multiple streaming records.

Salmo began his musical career in the Sardinian underground scene, initially playing in various bands before focusing entirely on rap. His solo breakthrough came with the album "The Island Chainsaw Massacre" in 2011, which earned him fame in Italy for his aggressive flow and experimental sound. With a wealth of new music under his belt, Salmo will soon be visiting Amsterdam.
