The UK/EU tour marks the triumphant return of the multi-platinum band, who are celebrating their 25th anniversary, to Europe. With more than 19 cities across the United Kingdom and Europe and with spectacular shows at Wembley Arena in London and the Accor Arena in Paris as highlights, this extensive run is their biggest headlining tour in more than ten years. The tour follows their recently completed major tour as support for The Offspring and heralds an exciting new chapter for the band, as they step onto some of the biggest stages of their career.
About the announcement the band says:
We had such a great time playing all over Europe and the UK these past 2 months, we decided we just had to come back again in 2026!
We couldn’t be more excited to bring our very own Bigger Than You Think! Tour all across the continent, playing full headline shows and extending our 25th anniversary celebrations. This means we will be performing all of our biggest hits along with fan favorites we rarely play live, spanning our entire discography. And we’re also bringing our friends Neck Deep with us, so these are going to be really special shows!
As we reflect on the past few years, we can’t help but feel so grateful and amazed at how awesome it’s been to play in Europe and the UK and receive such incredible support from all of you. It’s been so cool to see our old-school fans still there with us and a whole new generation joining them. The shows keep getting bigger and bigger and we can’t believe we will be playing such iconic, massive venues like Wembley Arena in London and the Accor Arena in Paris. This is a dream come true for us and we owe it all to you.
Thank you so much and can’t wait to see you at the shows!
Attendees of these shows can expect all the songs that made Simple Plan big. From megahits such as I'd Do Anything, Welcome to My Life, Perfect, Shut Up! and the viral I'm Just a Kid to other beloved tracks such as Addicted, Jump, Summer Paradise and their theme song What's New, Scooby-Doo?. The tour promises an energetic set full of their most well-known songs, supplemented with favorite deep cuts from across their entire career.
The announcement of the 2026 tour follows shortly after the release of Simple Plan: The Kids In The Crowd: a documentary that provides an unprecedented and intimate look at the rise of Simple Plan – from rehearsals in a basement in Montréal to global stardom – with never-before-seen archival material, brand-new interviews and contributions from punk icons such as Mark Hoppus (Blink-182), Avril Lavigne, Dexter Holland & Noodles (The Offspring) and Fat Mike (NOFX).
Alongside the documentary the official soundtrack The Kids In The Crowd (Music from the Documentary Soundtrack) was released. The collection forms Simple Plan's very first career overview, with their biggest hits, fan favorites, rare demos and the new single Nothing Changes.
Simple Plan donates €1 from every ticket and VIP package sold for this tour to the Simple Plan Foundation. The Simple Plan Foundation, founded in 2005, focuses on helping young people in need and demonstrating the power of music as a means to find direction and purpose in life. Since its founding the Simple Plan Foundation has donated more than $3 million to various charities in Canada and the organization has received multiple prestigious awards for its philanthropic work.
