Three courses, donations €20 at the door
The Slachthuis neighborhood bite is a new, immensely innovative concept at Slachthuis! You might have guessed it: delicious food for a small price. The concept is very manageable: every Tuesday, two courses for ten euros .
Merlijn, sound enthusiast by day, cook by night, heads into the kitchen every Tuesday starting in October to prepare the most delicious vegetarian dishes using so-called 'rescued' vegetables: vegetables that, despite being in the prime of their lives, are at risk of being thrown away. Vegan options are also available.
The first, so-called 'try-out' edition is on September 15. To build up funds for the upcoming editions, it is just slightly different from the weekly October editions: three courses for €20.
