Tanya Donelly (co-founder of Belly, Throwing Muses, and The Breeders) and Chris Brokaw (known from Come and his work for Codeine, Thurston Moore, and The Lemonheads) have joined forces for a new project. Together, they have modernized medieval music, and they will be presenting it on Friday, November 13 at Doopsgezind Haarlem.
Their EP 'The Undone is Done Again' has just been released and features modern interpretations of medieval music. Tanya Donelly's intimate and light vocals stand out beautifully in combination with Chris Brokaw's atmospheric guitar work. Their experience in indie rock ensures that, as a duo, they can create a strong, lush sound for traditional Renaissance songs.
