In April 2027, the production returns to the Netherlands, where the Residentie Orkest, together with the Nederlands Concertkoor and Nieuw Vocaal Amsterdam, will perform the film and score once again in full glory at AFAS Live in Amsterdam.
The Fellowship of the Ring is globally acclaimed as one of the greatest movies ever made. The story follows Frodo and his journey with the Fellowship to destroy the One Ring and thus save Middle-earth from the dark lord Sauron. The combination of visuals and live music makes this performance a grand, immersive experience in which the power of cinema and music comes together.
