What do Bulgarian folk music and flamenco have in common? In Wood Nymphs, percussionist and marimba virtuoso Tatiana Koleva and flamenco dancer Claudia Karapanou search for the answer. From their different musical traditions, they explore how rhythm, movement, and sound can influence each other. Marimba, drums, and the Bulgarian kaval sound alongside the stomping and clacking footwork of the flamenco dancer.
