Şatellites — Six-piece band with a mix of Turkish folk, psychedelic rock and vintage funk.

The vibrant band Şatellites blends Turkish folk with psychedelic rock and vintage funk. The self-titled debut album was released in 2022 and was quickly picked up by BBC Radio 6 and the popular French radio station FIP, after which the then-studio project was transformed into a six-piece live band. On the new album Aylar (2025) you can hear what two years of extensive touring can do: the grooves are tighter, the arrangements more ambitious and Şatellites is not afraid of wonderfully out-of-control solos (including on the prize track Gizli Ajan).
