Jack Hippo
Jack Hippo makes the kind of music that’s deliberately sullied by chaos and confusion. At one point in time there must have been a fish washed ashore that figured out how to walk on land, and many of Jack Hippo’s tracks exhibit similarly singular bearings. Macabre beat wizardry serving as the building block for outré melodies.
MJH Thompson
M.JH Thompson Volksorkest is a group consisting of both experienced and inexperienced musicians. Together, they perform the songs of MJH Thompson. The group has a more or less fixed composition, although this does change from time to time. The music ranges from rock, country, and techno to pop and classical, always with a distinctive twist.
Petersburg
Petersburg is one of the most mysterious and unique indie bands from the Netherlands. The band, formerly Petersburg Orderer, consisting of Camiel Muiser, Erik van de Paardt, Boris de Klerk (formerly of Canshaker Pi, among others) and Jilles van Kleef (formerly of Torii and Global Charming, among others), released their debut album 'Show' in 2018 on Dutch indie label Geertruida.
Books
Books is an emerging alternative rock and no-wave band from Amsterdam, consisting of 5 members. They recently released their track In The Presence Of Everything . The band is known for their energetic, experimental live shows and performs regularly at Amsterdam venues.
