Beaks is the project of the Austrian experimental post-punk artist and writer Anna Francesca from Vienna. With powerful, lived-in anthems, she weaves revealing poetry into music that lies somewhere between waking life and a dream sequence.
As a multidisciplinary artist, Beaks studied photography and graphic design while also working internationally as a model. She walked shows for leading brands such as Celine, Vivienne Westwood, Miu Miu, and Chanel, among many others. However, modeling was always a sideline. In 2023, she released her debut single 'I Dropped the Bottle,' which has now achieved more than four million streams. She also performed during tours in London, Tokyo, and Berlin, further cementing her position as an immersive and compelling artist across various disciplines.
