Ciao Lucifer
Amsterdam indie pop duo proudly bears the title 'feel-good band'
Having fun is an art, and Ciao Lucifer masters it like no other. This Amsterdam duo doesn't feel too tough to be a feel-good band. Their danceable, sunny indie pop exists for only one purpose: to escape the harsh reality and dance away all your daily demons for a while. A sort of exorcism ritual, then, but with more kazoo.
The Amsterdammers wrap their struggles with life in witty lyrics and catchy choruses. A formula with which Ciao Lucifer makes the world a slightly nicer place. And they do so in every corner. Whether playing for a sold-out Paradiso or for three drunk Macedonians, the roof is blown off with surgical precision everywhere they go.
The band turns every show into a colorful party. By stringing their tunes together like a DJ set, they create a non-stop rollercoaster of hooks and grooves that slowly brings things to a boil until even the most bitter sourpuss is jumping around with their hands in the air.
