A cozy, boisterous Dutch pop party with two Amsterdam bands: the roaring folk rockers of De Harde Liefde present their album Over de Rand and the three fresh youngsters of Bammetje make bouncy punk rock, ska and funk.

De Harde Liefde sounds just like its name: loud and lyrical, warm and rhythmic, powerful and poetic. Or, if you prefer to summarize it simply: folk rock in Dutch. The band was founded by singer and songwriter Ewoud Kieft, who, in addition to music,
has been writing books for years. You can hear it: in De Harde Liefde's songs, the lyrics and music tell multi-layered stories.
