Discovery Zone is the experimental pop project of New York musician and multimedia artist JJ Weihl. Following the slowly building but undeniable interest surrounding her debut album Remote Control, Discovery Zone released her second album Quantum Web in 2024 via RVNG Intl. and Mansions and Millions, followed by an expanded version in 2025.
On Quantum Web, Discovery Zone dove into an uncanny valley, where the distinction between sincerity and irony blurs, just like that between the human and the posthuman.
On stage, Discovery Zone explores a broad pop sound, studded with clear vocal performances and baroque instrumental embellishments. She uses a laboratory of instruments and 3D visuals to investigate the universe as a source of information.
Library Copy Do Not Remove, the most recent album by Discovery Zone, was released in May 2026 via RVNG Intl.
