One of Cuba's most influential musicians, Eliades Ochoa, is coming to Live At! in 2026. And that is very good news for lovers of warm, traditional but timeless music. His performances are intimate, compelling and feel as if you wander the streets of Cuba for an evening.

Eliades Ochoa is known and loved worldwide as one of the original members of the Buena Vista Social Club. He is the lead singer of their hit 'Chan Chan'. The group spread traditional Cuban music around the world and managed to bring together generations of fans for more than eighteen years.

After the success of Buena Vista, Ochoa released nine albums and he won four Latin Grammys. In 2023 his album 'Guajiro' appeared, in which the Cuban Johnny Cash returns with original songs to the roots of the guajira and country. And on Sunday 21 June 2026 Eliades Ochoa brings his narrative music from Cuba to the Bostheater.

According to Ochoa there are no distances, languages or borders within the music he makes. His greatest pride? Ending a performance with a standing ovation, something he attributes to his culture.
