Sophia Habib: Sophia Habib is a singer-songwriter from Rotterdam who effortlessly weaves pop and r&b into a sound that feels both soulful and innovative. Whether through her music, visuals or online presence, Sophia remains true to authenticity and artistic experimentation. She represents a new generation of global artists unafraid to mix cultural influences with emotional vulnerability – creating work that deeply resonates across borders and identities.
philine: The Dutch alt-pop artist philine takes you into a world of vulnerability, emotional growth and musical layers. After the success of her EP the side-effects of living in a fantasy she returns this autumn with her most personal work to date: the truth of living in reality. The new songs – including the honest and introspective "josie" – are about letting go, living in the moment and the sharp edges of growing up. Her mix of subtle electronics and penetrating melodies translates in intimate live shows to a vulnerable and immersive experience. No masks, no frills – only sincere stories, straight from the heart.
The Space Choir: With The Space Choir a new wind blows through the Dutch choir landscape. From twenty-somethings to pensioners, the queer community, experienced or inexperienced vocalists, everyone grooves along! When Australian superstar Troye Sivan shared a video of them, the Dutch media picked up: from Het Parool to Hart van Nederland, from 3fm to Editie NL. Since then they've gone fast: for example they are in the running for Holland’s Got Talent and sold out the main hall of De Doelen. With pop songs like Daisies (Justin Bieber), Bodyguard (Beyoncé) and Back on 74 (Jungle) they make the audience dance, laugh, sing and cry.
KUZKO: The Rotterdam duo KUZKO makes infectious and danceable electropop with raw synths, catchy melodies and tongue-in-cheek lyrics. They are known for their theatrical live shows and a big dose of energy on stage. A kind of “Confidence Man” of the Low Countries. After their EP Milkshakes & Heartbreaks (2022) they left The High School Grounds for the sweat of the nightclub, in search of answers as mid-20’s failed superstars. But those expecting a follow-up to "Penelope" will be disappointed. KUZKO has a new sound: a bit edgier but at least as addictive.
Huize Lucas: When the musicians of Huize Lucas take the stage, you are taken on a groovy Dutch-language journey in the queerdisco genre. With swinging brass, a singing band and their dynamic musical performance Huize Lucas renews the pop scene. Expect a poetic, cozy mix of Wende, Prince and Connie Palmen that makes you laugh, cry, dance and sing.
