IST IST is an English post-punk band with a distinctive, vintage-sounding, dark sound. The four-piece band formed in 2014 by Adam Houghton (vocals and guitar), Andy Keating (bass), Joel Kay (synthesizers), and Mat Peters (drums). They draw inspiration from post-punk and new wave from the 70s and 80s.
