Luca makes Dutch alternative pop with personal lyrics about themes such as (queer) love, activism, mental health, and growing up. The strings and horns in her band make Luca's live performance unique and enchanting, just like the honest, vulnerable character of her lyrics; Luca means what she sings, and you feel that. In 2025, Luca played her first sold-out headline show in Utrecht, won the Popprijs of Amstel & Meerlanden, and released her debut EP 'Zwaaien door het raam'. At the end of 2026, her new project will be released: an activist, socially critical EP: 'Kinderspel'.
